Meeting with Status of Women Canada Atlantic Regional Director

Advisory Council staff had a great visit with Nicole Bujold, the Atlantic Regional Director for Status of Women Canada. We would be happy and excited to work with community organizations that apply for funding from Status of Women Canada and have lots to offer in support and partnership.

Did you know that anyone in Canada with an interest in gender and diversity analysis can do a short, straightforward online certificate course in GBA+? The course only takes an afternoon, and the certificate is a great addition to your resume if you are a student or a job-seeker. Gender and diversity analysis is also a crucial tool for your toolbox if you are already working in a field with people and policy.

The GBA+ course in English starts here: http://www.swc-cfc.gc.ca/pol/gba-acs/index-eng.html
