NEW LISTING

1.   Ten Thousand Villages / Farmers Helping Farmers Sale – W.A. Murphy Student Centre – UPEI Campus

Thinking of Christmas Shopping?  Ten Thousand Villages and Farmers Helping Farmers are bringing a Sale of Fair Traded Gifts, Christmas ornaments and creches, Household items, Musical Instruments, Food Products, and more, to the W.A. Murphy Student Centre this week.

The sale is entirely run by volunteers.  All proceeds of the sale support artisans partnered with Ten Thousand Villages, the oldest and largest Fair Trade Organization in North America (over 60 years), and artisans in Kenya supported by Farmers Helping Farmers.  Farmers Helping Farmers is a nationally recognized, award-winning organization of community-minded people with an agricultural background from Prince Edward Island whose goal is to assist Kenyan farmers in becoming more self-reliant in agricultural food production.   All Villages items will be discounted by 20% since this is the last PEI sale of the season.

When: 

  • Tuesday,  November 29th, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday, November 30th, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Thursday, December 1st, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
